【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardcontainstherequirementsforsafetyforthedesignandinstallationofequipmentintendedforthestorage,handlingandtransportationofflatglassinsidethefactoryasdescribedinClause3.Itappliestostationary,movableandmobilestorageequipment(see3.2),mechanicalandpneumatichandlingequipment(see3.3)andtransportationequipment(see3.4)(seeoverviewinAnnexA).1.2AdditionalrequirementsfordealingwithspecifichazardsduetotheuseoutsidethefactoryaredealtwithinprEN13035-2.1.3Thisstandardonlydealswiththedeviceswhicharedirectlyincontactwiththeglass.Tractors,cranes,hoistsandforkliftsareoutofthescopeaswellaspartsofotherpoweredvehiclesthatarenotincontactwiththeglass(see3.4.1).Thisstandarddoesnotapplytomanualhandlingequipmentasdefinedin3.3.1.1.4Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoequipmentforthestorage,handlingandtransportationofflatglass,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thisstandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazardsduringcommissioning,theoperationandmaintenance.Noisehasnotbeenconsideredtobeasignificanthazardforanytypeofequipmentinthescopeofthisstandard.1.5Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletostorage,handlingortransportationequipmentforflatglassinsidethefactory,whichismanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
