【摘要】:ThispartofISO1622specifiesthemethodsofprep-arationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofPSmouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestma-terialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.PropertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizePSmould-ingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO1622,asarethedesignatoryproper-tiesspecifiedinpart1.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofspeci-menpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendi-mensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimen-sionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
