【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverscold-rolledcarbonsheetsteelusedformagneticapplications.Theseproducts,commonlycalledx201C;cold-rolledmagneticlaminationsteelx201D;(CRML)areusuallyintendedforapplicationsinwhichthestampedlaminationsorassembledcorestructuresforelectricalequipmentareannealedtodevelopthedesiredcorelossandpermeabilitycharacteristics.1.2Byusingappropriatelaminationannealingpractices,theusercanoptimizemagneticpropertiesforthevarioustypes.1.3Non-guaranteedcore-losstypes,usuallymadetocontrolledchemicalcompositions,areavailablebutarenotcoveredbythisspecification.1.4Higherqualitycore-losstypesaremadetocontrolledchemicalcompositionsandareusuallygivenacriticalreductiononatemper-milltoyieldspecifiedmagneticpropertiesafterasuitablelaminationanneal.Theseproducts,typicallycalledsemiprocessedlaminationsteel,areclassifiedbytheASTMCodeLetterDinaccordancewithPracticeA664.1.5Thevaluesstatedincustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)unitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitswhichareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.
